What we do
Flanged butterfly valves, sized to the line rather than the catalogue.
A water treatment plant in Lagos specifies DN200 PN16 flanged, EPDM seat, gear operated. A district cooling line in Doha needs DN250 with a PTFE seat and a pneumatic actuator. Both are the same product family; neither is the standard item a catalogue page sells you.
We quote to the line item: body material, seat, disc, operator, flange drilling and the facing standard. If a size is not in stock, we say what the lead time is instead of quoting a number we cannot hold.
The range
One family, four ways to specify it.
Flanged butterfly — DN50 to DN1200, PN10 and PN16 drilling. Large bore — the larger sizes, gear or electric operator. Actuated — pneumatic and electric, with limit switch and solenoid on request.
Valves laid out by shipping mark before they go into the case, so a count can be checked against the invoice on the floor rather than at the destination port.

EXW Tianjin, USD. Flanged and large bore sizes are quoted to the line item — send the size list with body, seat and operator and we price against current stock. Sizes above DN250 are built to order and quoted per line item.

How we ship
Four things we get right, because they go wrong most often.
Mixed sizes, one box
Several diameters in one container, separated by plywood and labelled per line item. The packing list matches the invoice, line for line.
Documents first
Invoice, packing list, mill certificates and pressure test reports are ready before the container leaves. You get them as a set, not one email at a time.
Flange drilling checked
PN10, PN16 and ANSI 150 drilling are not interchangeable once a valve is at site. We confirm the facing standard on the order, in writing.
Operator fitted or loose
Gear boxes and actuators are fitted and tested at the factory, or shipped loose if you would rather mount them yourself. Say which.

Fluid Harbor is a valve trading house working out of Tianjin. We keep our own stock lists and buy from audited foundries in Hebei and Tianjin, which is why we can hold both a single-piece sample and a 20-foot container on the same lead time.
Most of our business is repeat: a buyer sends a size list, we confirm stock and price, the order ships. The first order is usually small — a trial quantity that clears customs and proves the paperwork. That is fine with us.
We do not sell on the strength of a brochure. If you want to verify a batch, we will send the test report and a photograph of the actual units before they are packed.
